Hale Compound Conditioning

Hale Compound Conditioning is a mobile fitness community working relentlessly to help whānau achieve their health and fitness goals throughout the region. 

With a heavy focus on hauora they strive to change mindsets and physical and mental wellbeing.

Maui Studios provided HCC with an online platform that offers the community the chance to discover their training programmes and what kind of fitness and nutrition plans they have available. Manu and Corey are experts in their area and literally live the dream.

With their support from Te Pūtahitanga o Te Waipounamu, the Maui crew was lucky enough to go and film the HCC crew doing their thing throughout the span of a week. We also got a few sneaky trainings in to stay hearty.
